🍎 Fruit description
A large, round apple with a regular shape. The skin is smooth, thin, and a deep golden yellow, with a generous wash of color and bright red streaks on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is creamy white, fine-textured, crisp, very juicy, and exceptionally fragrant. It has a remarkably balanced sweet and tart flavor with rich and complex aromas reminiscent of pear and exotic fruits.

An excellent eating apple, considered one of the best for savoring. Ideal for fresh juice thanks to its very juicy and fragrant flesh. Perfect for premium cider. Also suitable for tarts, compotes, and fruit salads. A versatile fruit highly prized by connoisseurs.

October. Harvesting takes place when the fruit easily detaches from the tree. The harvest is generally regular and abundant.
🏺 Conservation
Keeps well for 3 to 4 months in a cool, well-ventilated cellar. Best enjoyed from October to January. The apple retains its crispness and aroma well.
🐝 Pollination
Self-sterile variety requiring a pollinator. Good pollinators: Reine des Reinettes, Cox Orange, Patte de Loup. Mid-season flowering. Excellent productivity.

Very good overall disease resistance. Adequate resistance to scab and powdery mildew. A robust variety that adapts well to different climates. Tolerates cool and humid climates well.
