🍎 Fruit description
A medium to large apple, flattened and regular in shape. The skin is rough, thick, and yellowish-brown to reddish-brown with lighter areas and sometimes mottling. A characteristic Reinette apple surface. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, crisp, very juicy, and fragrant. It has a well-balanced sweet-tart flavor with rich and complex aromas reminiscent of hazelnut and mild spices.

An excellent eating apple, perfect for fresh juice thanks to its very juicy and fragrant flesh. Ideal for quality cider where it contributes structure, body, and complex aromas. Also suitable for tarts and compotes where it retains its texture well. A versatile fruit highly prized by connoisseurs.
📅 Harvest
October to November. Harvesting takes place when the fruit detaches easily from the tree. The harvest is generally regular and abundant.
🏺 Conservation
Excellent storage life of 4 to 6 months in a cool, well-ventilated cellar. Best enjoyed from December to April. The apple improves with age, fully developing its complex aromas and characteristic flavor.

Self-sterile variety requiring a pollinator. Good pollinators: Reine des Reinettes, Belle de Boskoop, Jacques Lebel, Reinette Clochard. Mid-season to late flowering. Good productivity.
