Cider Apple Trees

The cider apple trees I offer are mainly so-called single-varietal cider varieties, meaning only one type of apple is needed to make a cider.

Here in Brittany, there are two very well-known apples for this: "Guillevic" and "Coco d'Issé."

Other varieties are available to create your blends.

Cider needs three characteristics: sweetness (sugar), bitterness, and acidity.

Some apples offer only one of these characteristics, others two out of three, and finally, the single-varietal ones possess all three.
