Gloire des Sablons produces slightly tart pink berries, sweeter than red currants and more fragrant than white currants. To ensure good pollination, always combine with at least one other variety.
Its berries are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Ideal for fresh consumption, desserts, jams, and jellies.
