🍎 Fruit description
A medium-sized apple, flattened and regular in shape. The skin is rough, thick, and grey-brown to reddish-brown in color. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, crisp, very juicy, and exceptionally fragrant. It has a remarkably balanced sweet-tart flavor with rich and complex aromas reminiscent of hazelnut and dried fruit.

📅 Harvest
October to November. Harvesting takes place when the fruit detaches easily from the tree. The harvest is generally regular and abundant.
🏺 Conservation
Excellent storage life of 4 to 6 months in a cool, well-ventilated cellar. Best enjoyed from December to April. The apple improves with age, fully developing its complex aromas and characteristic flavor.
🐝 Pollination
Self-sterile variety requiring a pollinator. Good pollinators: Reine des Reinettes, Belle de Boskoop, Jacques Lebel, Reinette Clochard. Mid-season to late flowering. Good productivity.

Good overall disease resistance. Adequate scab resistance. Hardy and vigorous variety, well-suited to cool, damp climates. Adapts well to the conditions of western France.
