Winter Banana Apple Tree (Malus domestica 'Winter Banana')

🍎 Fruit description

A medium to large apple with an elongated, regular conical shape. The skin is smooth, thin, and pale yellow to golden yellow with a pinkish-orange blush on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is creamy white, fine-textured, crisp, juicy, and fragrant. It has a sweet, mild flavor with a touch of acidity and a characteristic aroma reminiscent of banana, hence its name.

An excellent eating apple, prized for its unique flavor. Ideal for fresh juices and fruit salads where it adds an exotic touch. Also suitable for tarts and compotes.
