🍎 Fruit Description

Medium-sized apple, with a slightly flattened, regular round shape. The skin is thin, smooth, golden yellow striped and washed with bright orange-red on the sun-exposed side. The flesh is creamy white, fine, crisp, very juicy and exceptionally fragrant. Sweet-tart flavor remarkably balanced with rich and complex aromas reminiscent of hazelnut and honey.

Excellent eating apple, considered one of the best for tasting. Ideal for fresh juices thanks to its very juicy and fragrant flesh. Perfect for high-quality cider where it brings exceptional aromas. Also suitable for tarts, compotes, and fruit salads.

📅 Harvest

September-October depending on the region. An early variety that opens the autumn apple season. Harvesting takes place when the fruit detaches easily from the tree. Harvest is generally regular and abundant.

🏺 Storage

Short storage life. Best consumed from September to October. The apple retains its crispness and delicate aromas well.

🐝 Pollination

Self-sterile variety requiring a pollinator. Good pollinators: Belle de Boskoop, Elstar, Fil Jaune. Early to mid-season flowering. Excellent productivity.
