🍎 Fruit description

A medium-sized apple, round with a slightly flattened and regular shape. The skin is thin, smooth, golden yellow with streaks and a bright orange-red blush on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is creamy white, fine-textured, crisp, very juicy, and exceptionally fragrant. It has a remarkably balanced sweet-tart flavor with rich and complex aromas reminiscent of hazelnut and honey.

An excellent eating apple, considered one of the best for savoring. Ideal for fresh juice thanks to its very juicy and fragrant flesh. Perfect for premium cider, where it imparts exceptional aromas. Also suitable for tarts, compotes, and fruit salads. A versatile fruit of very high quality.

📅 Harvest

September-October depending on the region. An early variety that kicks off the autumn apple season. Harvesting takes place when the fruit easily detaches from the tree. The harvest is generally regular and abundant.

🏺 Conservation

Short shelf life. Best consumed from September to October. The apple retains its crispness and delicate aromas well.

🐝 Pollination

Self-sterile variety requiring a pollinator. Excellent pollinator for many other varieties. Good pollinators: Belle de Boskoop, Jacques Lebel, Cox Orange, Elstar. Early to mid-season flowering. Excellent productivity.

Moderate susceptibility to scab and powdery mildew. Requires regular preventative treatments. Variety that adapts well to different climates. Prefers temperate climates.
